The Partnership Lab drives the national youth mentoring movement - Mentoring SG; and DISCOVER - a youth resource and opportunities platform, helping youths make better-informed decisions as they navigate life transitions from education to employment. We create career exploration programmes and development opportunities that build confidence, connectedness and youth action. Through strategic partnerships with educational institutions, corporates, and community organisations, we create and avail opportunities that equip youth with the essential soft-skills, networks and insights to thrive in their personal and professional journeys.

What you will be working on

As Senior Manager / Manager (Partnership Lab), you will play a crucial role in the following: • Partnership Development & Stakeholder Engagement o Orchestrate engagement strategies for stakeholders and partners, including marketing and communication campaigns and partnership-leads generation o Cultivate strategic relationships with key stakeholders including government agencies, educational institutions, corporate and community partners to create integrated youth support systems • Programme Management & Innovation o Lead the design, development and implementation of comprehensive youth transition programmes addressing skills gaps and exposure needs. o Champion innovative approaches to youth development, leveraging data insights and best practices to enhance programme effectiveness o Plan and execute events, workshops, and programmes that will upskill the sector and connect youth, mentors, partners, and community stakeholders • Impact Measurement & Systems Optimisation o Co-lead and manage data projects and system-related work across various NYC and partner platforms and databases to support evidence-based decision-making o Design impact measurement and outcome frameworks and assessments and develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that drive continuous programme improvement o Leverage AI-enabled systems to maximise partnership effectiveness from grant processes to partnership triaging within Partnership Lab • Grant & Resource Management o Oversee the administration of grants and funding schemes that support mentoring and youth transition initiatives o Evaluate and assess funding applications, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and manage multiple funding streams o Ensure proper governance, accountability and impact measurement across all funding activities

What we are looking for

• 3 - 5 years of experience in youth development, social services, education or related fields. Candidates with 5 - 6 years and above of relevant experience can be considered for Senior Manager position. • Proven track record in leading strategic initiatives, driving change, and managing complex multi-stakeholder partnerships across government, corporate and community sectors • Strong analytical skills with experience designing impact measurement systems, monitoring frameworks, and translating data insights into programme improvements • Excellent interpersonal and leadership abilities to connect with and inspire diverse stakeholders from youth to C-suite executives whilst driving organisational change • Experience in capacity building and professional development within youth development or social services sectors • Innovative mindset with flexibility to adapt in dynamic environments and leverage new approaches including AI-enabled systems • Availability to work on weekends when required due to the nature of the engagement platforms and target audience of youths • Proficient in following will be an advantage: o Grant management experience o Experience with developing prompts to leverage generative AI
