You are responsible to plan and manage training programmes and resources for Basic Military Training Centre (BMTC) companies across two schools. You will ensure training is scheduled in accordance with approved curriculum while optimising resource utilisation and coordinating facilities, systems and stakeholders to achieve training objectives.

What you will be working on
- Plan and control BMTC training programmes to ensure compliance with approved directives, timelines and operational requirements across up to six profiles of Basic Military Training (BMT) programmes
- Exercise authority over training resource allocation to ensure readiness, safety compliance and auditability for all training operations
- Govern the Army Training Management System (ATMS) to ensure accuracy, timeliness and integrity of training planning and tracking data
- Lead administrative staff and coordinate movements and stakeholder engagement to support effective delivery of BMTC training and events
- Monitor and maintain training resource readiness and facilities availability

- Managing complex training coordination across multiple companies and programmes
- Maintaining safe, compliant and uninterrupted training operations while exercising delegated authority over assigned personnel, systems and resources
What we are looking for
- Education in a relevant field
- At least 2 years' experience in training and resource management is preferred
- Demonstrated capability in planning, coordination and team leadership within an operational training environment
- Familiarity with Army Training Management System (ATMS) or equivalent training management systems is advantageous
- Strong safety awareness and operational discipline
- Strong organisational, supervisory and compliance skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to support training operations on the ground, including occasional field visits
