What you will be working on
- Manage performance and Career Enhancement Programme (CEP) ranking related processes for selected groups of personnel in DDCOM and across SAF
- Manage discipline and enquiry cases within DCCOM whilst ensuring fair and timely resolution of matters
- Assist in talent management initiatives and promotion-related administration to support career progression
- Implement and administer HR initiatives and processes to enhance organisational effectiveness and employee experience
- Guide and advise staff on HR matters whilst providing expert support on policies and procedures
- Contribute to digitalising and automating HR processes to improve efficiency and service delivery
- Liaise with all levels of management and present to Senior Management on HR matters and recommendations
- Enhance service delivery to provide a positive career journey for employees across the cyber domain

- Responding swiftly to changing scenarios and maintaining flexibility in tackling unexpected challenges in a dynamic cyber environment
- Working with multiple stakeholders and balancing their interests with organisational needs whilst maintaining effective relationships
- Anticipating future problems and issues to develop proactive recommendations that pre-empt and mitigate potential challenges
What we are looking for
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including excellent presentation and engagement abilities
- Ability to handle large volumes of data with strong analytical and data management capabilities
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in team environments
- Critical thinking skills with ability to analyse complex issues and develop sound recommendations
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills with experience in managing multiple priorities
- Ability to liaise effectively with all levels of management and engage confidently with senior management
- Understanding of performance management systems and HR processes would be advantageous
- Interest in cyber domain and digital transformation initiatives would be beneficial
