What you will be working on

The incumbent supports the development, implementation and operational delivery of the national SwimSafer programme. The role also contributes to the advancement of inclusive and adaptive aquatic initiatives. Roles & Responsibilities : • Support the coordination of the MOE–SportSG SwimSafer programme implementation with MOE PSOEB, schools and programme partners. • Assist in the coordination and administration of the SwimSafer Support Remediation Programme for students requiring additional support to meet programme requirements. • Consolidate, verify and facilitate the submission of student participation and assessment data through SwimSafer programme systems. • Liaise with schools, vendors and operational stakeholders to address programme-related queries and operational issues. • Support the coordination and monitoring of SwimSafer assessments to ensure they are conducted in accordance with programme guidelines and safety requirements. • Assist in coordinating assessment schedules with assessors, programme partners and schools. • Liaise with ActiveSG Sport Centres to facilitate pool lane bookings and facility arrangements required for assessments and programme delivery. • Support the operational implementation of the Centralised Assessment and Management System (CAMS) during the transition phase. • Provide operational support for SwimSafer programme systems including CAMS, Salesforce–FileSG transition systems and Sportsync. • Assist in consolidating programme data for monitoring and reporting purposes. • Support coordination with internal technical teams on system-related operational matters affecting programme delivery. • Assist in operational processes related to system migration or updates affecting SwimSafer programme administration. • Assist in coordinating SwimSafer Instructor and Assessor certification courses conducted by programme partners. • Support the organisation of Instructor Manual update workshops and training sessions for the SwimSafer instructor community. • Maintain records of instructor and assessor participation in training programmes. • Liaise with programme partners and stakeholders regarding course schedules and participant arrangements. • Maintain records and tracking of feedback, complaints and disciplinary cases relating to SwimSafer instructors and assessors. • Assist in documenting case details and supporting materials for review by management. • Coordinate communication and documentation required during case review processes. • Monitor and update records on case status and follow-up actions. • Support the coordination of inclusive aquatic initiatives under the SwimSingapore framework. • Assist in programme coordination with partners such as the Singapore Disability Sports Council (SDSC) for initiatives including SwimTogether. • Support stakeholder engagement activities relating to inclusive and adaptive aquatic programmes. • Assist in programme administration and coordination for initiatives supporting persons with disabilities (PWDs) and individuals with special needs.

What we are looking for

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. In addition, an ideal candidate should possess the following: • At least 6 years of proven experience and/ track record in relevant areas, e.g. sport programme coordination or community sport operations. • Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate with stakeholders including schools, instructors, partners and members of the public. • Strong organisational skills to manage programme schedules, facility coordination and operational processes. • Able to respond professionally to enquiries, feedback and service recovery situations. • Careful and detail-oriented in managing programme records and data. • Team player who can work collaboratively to support programme delivery. The level of offer will commensurate with applicants’ experience and track records. Successful candidates will be offered a 2/3-year contract in the first instance.
