Senior Executive / Manager, Performance & Delivery (Planning)
What the role is
What you will be working on
Coordinates the corporate planning process, encompassing formulation, implementation and review of work plans to achieve MUIS' Mission and Vision.
Collaborates with internal units to monitor progress of work plans and performance indicators, identifying issues to ensure timely interventions for successful implementation.
Develops reports, presentations and speeches to communicate work plan developments and indicators to internal and external stakeholders, synthesising information from multiple sources.
Facilitates planning exercises and workshops with leadership, staff and stakeholders to develop MUIS' short-term and medium-term plans.
Oversees secretariat support for MUIS Management meetings and inter-agency meetings.
What we are looking for
Tertiary qualification in any degree with minimum two years' experience in corporate planning or performance management.
Strong interest in socio-religious issues affecting the Muslim community.
Able to synthesise and connect information from different projects to understand interdependencies.
Excellent communication, writing and interpersonal skills.
Self-driven, able to multi-task and work within tight deadlines.
Resourceful, able to work autonomously and within teams.
Successful candidate will be appointed on contract basis.
