What you will be working on

Job Description Summary

Working alongside the Enhanced Fundraising Team within the Grants Division, the intern will support projects to refine Tote Board’s grantmaking processes by exploring automated email management solutions using whole-of-government AI tools and platforms. This internship provides practical experience in learning AI tools, performing data analytics as well as using visualisation tools to do presentations. The role will also involve tasks related to improving processes within the Enhanced Fundraising (EFR) team.

Key Project includes:

1. Designing and developing an intelligent email processing bot using Government’s suite of AI solutions, capable of assessing the request of the users and crafting a reply automatically. The bot should integrate seamlessly with existing email systems (Microsoft Outlook) and provide a reliable and consistent assessment of users’ requests;

2. Designing and implementing an EFR survey, collating survey results and presenting the findings via Tableau and/or other suitable medium;

3. Any other tasks/projects as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Currently pursuing a degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Applied Artificial Intelligence, or Business.

2. Demonstrate proficiency in the following:

  • Strong conceptual and synthesis skills;

  • Critical thinking and analytical skills;

  • Data analytics and coding skills;

  • Communications and stakeholder engagement skills.
