What you will be working on
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with product enquiries.
• Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems.
• Maintain store presentation through restocking shelves and organising merchandise displays.
• Support inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
• Handle customer returns and exchanges following company policies.
What we are looking for
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical capability to stand for long periods and lift up to 10kg.
• Reliable and punctual with a positive attitude towards teamwork.
• Applicants with retail or customer service experience or any other relevant experience has an advantage.
• Flexibility to commit on weekends and holidays.
