What you will be working on

Handles enquiries across multiple contact channels, displaying IRAS' service attributes to deliver the desired service experience
Guides taxpayers in understanding and complying with their tax obligations through taxpayer education
Provides assistance to taxpayers on the clarification of tax practices and application of tax laws
Promotes voluntary compliance in filing and payment matters.
Be involved in various projects leveraging a mix of data analysis, technology, agile principles, behavioural insights, and design to improve work processes, service delivery and voluntary compliance

What we are looking for

Diploma/Degree in any discipline
Experience in customer service, good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Ability to question, probe and analyse
Organized and systematic in handling data
Resourceful and able to work independently in a team environment
