This is a HR generalist role that supports the Senior Assistant Director, Human Resource in the day-to-day operations of the HR department for SLF and its fund management subsidiary.

What you will be working on
As the Senior Executive, you will be responsible for the HR operations and largely involved in the following:
- Support employees through the employee life cycle from On-boarding to Off-boarding
- Administration of rewards, benefits, training and performance management
- Plan, execute programs and activities supporting organisation development and employee engagement
- Manage HR systems and serve as key contact person
- Maintain and update of HR policies and procedures
- Administer HR-related surveys
- Administer the procurement process and records management for HR department
- End-to-end recruitment
- Support in ad-hoc tasks/projects
What we are looking for
- At least 5 years of relevant experiences across several HR functions with strong expertise in recruitment, payroll administration and HR operations
- Strong proficiency in Workday HR system
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken)
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks independently
- Resilient approach to problem-solving with the ability to think critically, adapt quickly, and maintain effectiveness amidst shifting priorities
