What you will be working on
• Lead the assigned administrative functions, which could include work areas such as corporate services operations, asset and inventory management, pass management, mail management, records management, etc
• Champion the various corporate administrative operations to ensure they are carried out effectively and efficiently to delight the stakeholders
• Drive and the implementation of key initiatives and IT/automation/other projects
• Guide and provide advisory and strong support to departments and teams to navigate the corporate systems where applicable
• Implement and review the corporate administration policies, processes and systems
• Review, re-imagine and digitalise work processes and system with use of AI
What we are looking for
• At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience
• Candidates with no prior working experience are welcome to apply
• Strong analytical power, project management and problem-solving skills
• A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is also capable of working independently
• Some experience in IT project management, including gathering user requirements, stakeholders’ engagement and conducting user acceptance testing for corporate systems would be advantageous
• Good business acumen and possess the vision to connect the dots
• Highly driven with a strong sense of urgency and ready to strive for improvement
• Great adaptability and able to multi-task and work under pressure to meet tight timelines
