What the role is
What you will be working on
You will be responsible for managing and supporting the administrative functions of the school. Key responsibilities could include:
• Provide administrative support for Pre-Employment and Training (PET) and Continuing Education and Training (CET) programmes
• Manage and maintain data related to PET and CET programmes
• Support procurement processes in accordance with established policies and guidelines
• Assist in the planning, management, and execution of events
• Create and design content for marketing materials and social media platforms
• Undertake additional duties, projects, and ad-hoc assignments as assigned by the reporting officer
What we are looking for
• Relevant qualifications with a minimum of two years of relevant experience
• Meticulous, with strong administrative, coordination, and organisational skills
• Strong team worker who is able to work independently
• Good data management and analytical skills
• Possess good written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in procurement processes, including familiarity with the GeBiz portal, is an advantage
• IT-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Interest in student development and engagement is an advantage
