What you will be working on

• Prepare materials and coordinate logistics and resources for engagement sessions, workshops and staff events • Support the design and conduct of surveys, including data collection, basic analysis, and presentation preparation • Support the internal communication efforts in the development of content such as newsletter articles, presentation slides, and meeting materials under supervision • Work closely with teams and counterparts across the Ministry Family to coordinate implementation and track progress of events and initiatives • Perform secretariat function for key meetings where required

What we are looking for

• Competent in collating and presenting data • Must be proficient with numbers • Proven ability to plan and execute multiple projects simultaneously in an organised fashion. • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders. • Comfortable in using visual communication tools (Canva, Illustrator, InDesign) and videography (production and pre-/post-production) • Enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, including tight deadlines, and be able to work independently as well as in a team/cross-team setting.
