HR Employer Branding Intern, CSA

This internship offers students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in content creation and digital media, while contributing to employer branding and social media initiatives.

The scope will include but not limited to: Content Creation & Production • Support creative ideation, design, filming, and production processes • Assist in filming, photography and provide on-site logistical support for events • Assist with video production including basic editing and content preparation Social Media & Digital Management • Develop monthly trend-jacking proposals to enhance social media presence • Manage CSA's social media channels, including LinkedIn Life Pages updates and website collateral maintenance • Track engagement metrics manually for social media reporting and analysis Research & Strategy • Conduct landscape and competitor analysis to identify improvement opportunities for CSA's Young Talent Employer Branding initiatives • Research and propose innovative approaches to strengthen employer branding efforts HR & Talent Acquisition Support • Provide support for HR talent acquisition outreach events and activities

• Background in digital communications, digital media design or marketing preferred • Strong interest and understanding of social media channels and trends (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter and Facebook.Etc) • Experience in graphic design (Canva) and video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro) and basic knowledge of social media analytics tools • Able to perform social media analytics and providing strategic recommendations based on analysed trends •Excellent writing skills and digital media content creation for social media stories •Resourceful and creative – able to generate ideas for social media stories •Able to start work immediately If you’re keen, do send us your past portfolio for our reference too.
