What you will be working on
Financial Operations & Control: Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) workflows.
Audit & Reporting: Support the year-end and special purpose audit processes. Coordinate procurement documentation and assist during audit fieldwork.
Systems & Process Management: Review system role assignment requests and monitor adherence to strict month-end closing deadlines. Review data and file migration validation to ensure accuracy during system transitions.
Stakeholder Liaison: Act as a bridge between CSVD and other divisions to follow up on outstanding items.
Others: Support the team with any other ad-hoc administrative or operational duties as assigned.
What we are looking for
Senior Manager: Above 6 years of relevant work experience in Financial Operations, Audit, or Accounting.
Proficient in executing job duties with required competencies.
Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Able to work independently or as a team player
Knowledge of Financial Reporting Standards (FRS) and accounting principles is advantageous.
Experience in previous government agencies is advantageous.
