The AI & Data Programmes within the AI & Data Office has been established as part of MOM's new AI and Data Horizontal to drive the ministry's AI agenda and foster a more prevalent AI culture whilst strengthening data coordination and integration across divisions. We are looking for a driven individual with experience in planning, coordinating, and executing AI and data initiatives. This role will work closely with the Assistant Director to contribute significantly to MOM's transformation by building AI and data capabilities and establishing a cohesive ecosystem across the ministry.

What you will be working on
• Support the Assistant Director in planning, organising, and executing large-scale events, contests, and AI & data management initiatives ministry-wide
• Develop event concepts, programme components, and detailed agendas in collaboration with multiple divisions and stakeholders
• Manage operational aspects of programme budgets and ensure cost-effective implementation of initiatives
• Coordinate complex logistics across multiple venues, divisions, and external partners including venue selection, catering, and transportation arrangements
• Execute marketing and promotion strategies for AI and Data Programmes, including digital campaigns, email outreach, and curating stakeholder engagement materials
• Manage programme staff, including volunteers, contractors, and vendors during events and initiatives
• Conduct programme evaluation and provide detailed post-event reports and analysis to support continuous improvement
• Build and maintain operational relationships with internal divisions, external partners, and programme participants
• Assist in integrating data programmes with broader AI governance and data strategy initiatives within the AI & Data Office
What we are looking for
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with understanding of AI and data concepts
• Proactive, resourceful, and practical approach to programme implementation and stakeholder management
• Good team player with ability to work effectively across multiple divisions and support senior leadership
• Attention to detail with ability to multitask and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage diverse audiences and drive culture change
• Experience in event management, programme coordination, or organisational transformation initiatives preferred
• Interest in AI and data literacy development and capability building across organisations
