What you will be working on

1. Sponsorship Strategy & Planning a. Support the team in developing the sponsorship framework, tiering structure, rights matrix and value proposition for cash and VIK packages. b. Consolidate sponsorship requirements from Functional Areas (FAs) into working inventories (branding assets, operational needs, VIK opportunities). c. Collaborate with Marketing and Branding FAs to ensure alignment between sponsorship packages and brand guidelines, including category exclusivity and brand protection. 2. Sponsorship Acquisition & Revenue Support a. Support the team to organise corporate engagement sessions, industry briefings and networking events to promote partnership opportunities. b. Work with appointed marketing agency and internal FAs to develop customised sponsorship proposals and pitch materials. c. Support preparation of commercial analyses (sponsorship value, VIK valuation, package comparisons) for decision making. 3. Sponsor Servicing & Partnership Management a. Serve as day-to-day account lead for assigned sponsors, coordinating communications, planning meetings and managing timelines. b. Maintain entitlement tracking sheets, monitor fulfilment status and flag risks or issues early for resolution. c. Coordinate sponsor approvals for creative materials, branding and activation concepts in line with brand guidelines. 4. Corporate Hospitality Strategy & Delivery a. Assist the team in detailing hospitality packages, service tiers, inclusions and pricing into market ready materials and FAQs. b. Manage booking systems, operational workflows and service standards for hospitality delivery (enquiries, reservations, confirmations, and changes). c. Support production of hospitality marketing materials and communication to target client segments. 5. Volunteer Management & Budget Management a. Prepare materials, train and brief Hospitality volunteers, in collaboration with Volunteer Management team. b. Manage procurement processes and coordinate with appointed event management agencies. c. Support Deputy Director and provide regular reports on project status, budget allocation, expenditure and ROI.

What we are looking for

We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile. An ideal candidate should possess: • Related qualification in Business, Marketing or related field • More than 7 years’ experience in the field of sponsorship, corporate partnerships or commercial roles, preferably in sports, major events, or large-scale national projects. • Experience in designing sponsorship packages, ie. tiering, pricing, rights matrix and category exclusivities for brands. • Proven track record in securing and/or managing sponsorships: prospecting, crafting proposals, supporting negotiations, and delivering sponsor rights and activations. • Experience working on major events or campaigns (sports, entertainment, lifestyle, or large-scale public events), including on ground operations and activations. • Familiarity with creating and tracking budgets, commercial analysis (valuing assets and VIK), and reporting on sponsorship performance. • Commercially driven and detailed-oriented, with a strong results orientation. • Strong relationship builder with internal and external stakeholders. • Clear communicator with strong written skills (decks, proposals, reports) and verbal skills (briefings, alignment meetings, sponsor discussions). • Energetic and proactive, comfortable working in dynamic event environments. • Collaborative and supportive, contributing positively to team outcomes. All successful candidates will be offered a standard 3- year fixed term contract.
