What you will be working on
1. Marketing Strategy & Campaign Planning
a. Support the team in developing and implementing the integrated marketing strategy and campaign framework.
b. Gather and analyse audience insights and market research data to inform campaign direction.
c. Take lead in preparing agency briefs, evaluations and performance tracking for creative, media and digital vendors.
2. Integrated Campaign Development & Management
a. Manage the execution of Games-wide marketing campaigns across digital, OOH, radio, social, broadcast and on-ground channels.
b. Work with agencies and ASEAN NOCs marketing POCs to roll out regional campaigns and cross-border promotions.
c. Compile data for ongoing campaign performance monitoring and post-Games evaluation reports.
3. Ticketing Promotions & Sales
a. Support the team in the design of ticket categories, pricing and promotional bundles for different audience segments (families, corporates, schools).
b. Prepare the call for tender, appointment and manage ticketing vendor in areas eg. integration with marketing channels and promotions.
c. Work with ticketing vendor to analyse and prepare sales and customer insight data for ongoing reporting and marketing optimisation.
4. Fan Zone & Fan Engagement Experience
a. Support planning and delivery of the Fan Zone Master Plan and fan experience framework.
b. Coordinate logistics, scheduling and activation design for fan activities, mascot appearances, and entertainment programmes.
c. Act as liaison and co-ordinate with Corporate Partnerships, Branding and Venue Ops teams to ensure activation readiness and sponsor integration (with product showcases).
5. SEA Games Ambassadors Programme
a. Support the team in the development and implementation of the SEA Games Ambassadors Programme, including recruitment, onboarding and scheduling.
b. Work with ambassadors and agencies to co-create content such as storytelling videos, social media features, public appearances and community engagements (e.g. clinics, sharing sessions, school visits).
c. Liaise with PR, Media and Community Engagement teams to align ambassador engagements with campaign milestones
What we are looking for
We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile.
An ideal candidate should possess:
• Related qualification in Business, Marketing or related field
• Proven track record in conceptualising and managing integrated marketing campaigns or event marketing (preferably for major events, sports, or national initiatives).
• Experience in managing agency deliverables and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience in delivering large-scale public activations, fan engagement zones or brand experiences.
• Exposure to ticketing, audience analytics or digital marketing tools is advantageous.
• Knowledgeable in digital ecosystems, social media strategies and data-driven marketing.
• Strong project management, coordination and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Familiarity with the sports industry is an advantage.
• Creative, resourceful and detail-oriented, with strong project coordination ability.
• People-oriented, able to connect with community members and partners.
• Energetic and proactive, comfortable working in dynamic event environments.
• Collaborative and supportive, contributing positively to team outcomes.
• Passionate about sport and community engagement, with a strong sense of public purpose.
