What you will be working on
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
1. Strategic OSP Data & Analytics
Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of OSP data management, from systematic collection to the presentation of high-level insights.
Design and maintain sophisticated dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to monitor participation trends, resource utilization, and programme impact.
Utilize data analytics to drive evidence-based decision-making and report outcomes to senior management.
2. Trip Operations & Vendor Leadership
Oversee the end-to-end administration of trips, including procurement (flights, accommodation, insurance) and financial tracking.
Manage strategic partnerships with travel vendors and insurers, ensuring strict adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Mentor and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of operational efficiency and data literacy.
3. Systems Optimization & Process Transformation
Digital Transformation: Identify and implement AI-driven or automated tools to streamline repetitive administrative tasks and enhance user experience for staff and students.
Continuously review and re-engineer administrative workflows to eliminate bottlenecks.
What we are looking for
Experience: Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in operations management or programme administration, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Communication: stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence internal departments and external international partners.
Adaptability: A proactive problem-solver comfortable with navigating digital transformation in a fast-paced environment.
