As Head / Management and Brand Compliance Unit (WMBCU) in the Public Affairs Department of the Singapore Police Force (SPF), you will lead a team to ensure that the latest information and essential services are accessible on the SPF corporate website. You will also safeguard the SPF brand by overseeing the SPF Visual Identity System (VIS) and graphic design applications that serve the SPF’s communications needs. You will also be on standby to support major Police operations, as required.
You will be placed under the Management Executive Scheme.

What you will be working on
You will lead a team to manage the daily operations of the SPF corporate website in collaboration with other public agencies and IT partners, to ensure a responsive and accessible website that adheres to the latest web standards. You will take on a range of website management duties for the SPF corporate website. You will also oversee the SPF VIS and ensure its proper application by Police units, to uphold the SPF brand.
What we are looking for
• Proficient in English and at least one other vernacular language.
• Preferably 8 years of relevant work experience in website management and branding.
• Knowledge of technical matters related to website management, website development, website hosting, web standards, SEO and UI/UX. Able to work with technical staff to address technical issues in website management.
• Understanding of branding and graphic design principles; some working knowledge of Adobe creative suite.
• Prior work experience in the communications field and keen interest in comms developments.
• Driven, proactive and resilient individual who is committed to professional excellence.
• Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving attributes and a service mindset; able to work effectively with various stakeholders in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Able to work under pressure and deliver under tight timelines; meticulous and detail-oriented.
• Able to work both independently and also an excellent leader and team player; required to be on stand-by during major Police operations.
