What you will be working on
- Codify new CapDev processes
- Develop comprehensive roadmaps to materialise the digitalisation of MINDEF/SAF's CapDev processes
- Drive process optimisation initiatives
- Lead cross-functional workstreams to customise capability development approaches based on specific project requirements
- Design and implement targeted safeguards that maintain governance principles while enabling operational flexibility
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align CapDev processes with organisational objectives
Challenge(s)
- Understanding and navigating a wide range of cross-cutting CapDev-related issues that span multiple defence domains
- Harmonising the diverse considerations and requirements of different CapDev stakeholders across the defence ecosystem
What we are looking for
- Education in Engineering, Defence Studies, Technology Management, or a related field
- At least 8 years of relevant experience in defence technology, capability development, or related areas
- Experience in process digitalisation and transformation initiatives is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Possess advanced analytical skills
- Excellent planning and project management capabilities
