What you will be working on
As part of the customer service team, you will assist customers on issues ranging from lease/tenancy matters, maintenance issues to enquiries on new properties, e-bidding across the service touchpoints mentioned above. You will also provide support to the Department’s operations e.g. by processing by-post transactions and filing for tenancy renewals, etc. You will also be involved in helping to review and transform the service experience for our customers while streamlining internal processes.
What we are looking for
You should have effective communication and interpersonal skills, passion for service delivery, be meticulous, independent, numerate, and proficient in using software. You should be able to work independently as well as in teams.
