Industry Talent & Capability Building
You will drive manpower policies across Singapore's Travel Agent ecosystem through the TA Roadmap. You will have the opportunity to build deep knowledge of human capital practices and become well-versed in talent management solutions and workforce development models that can help travel agents move towards sustainable growth. Working with travel agents, industry associations such as the National Association for Travel Agents Singapore (NATAS), and government partners, including Workforce Singapore (WSG) and SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG), you will develop or refresh manpower strategies that enhance productivity and competitiveness. You are also expected to understand future workforce needs, identify skills gaps, and develop new capability-building programmes that will help Singapore's travel agent sector attract, develop, and retain quality talent.
Segment Lead for Surface Transport Operators
As segment lead for Surface Transport Operators, you will conduct enhance comprehensive landscape scans to understand market dynamics and drive targeted development initiatives. You will anchor efforts to grow service quality, operational excellence, and sustainable practices within this tourism infrastructure segment. Your role involves building strong relationships with key operators, identifying growth opportunities, and work with relevant agencies such as LTA and URA to develop and implement strategies that strengthen Singapore's surface transport tourism ecosystem.
Grants Officer-in-Charge
Leading grant administration and management, you will oversee the deployment of funding schemes to support industry development across multiple tourism segments. You will serve as the primary point of contact for grant-related enquiries, streamline application processes, and conduct consistent monitoring to maximise grant utilisation. This includes providing targeted support and administering various grant schemes such as the Business Improvement Fund (BIF) and other relevant funding initiatives for the industry.
Other Exposure
Given the dynamic nature of the industry, you will gain exposure to diverse workstreams beyond your core portfolio. This includes opportunities to contribute to the Travel Agents & Tourist Guides Industry Forum (TATG's annual industry event), explore emerging technologies for tourism, and strategy/ policy development initiatives.
What we are looking for

a) At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in the areas of industry development and/or strategic planning.
b) Strong analytical mindset with good verbal and written communication abilities.
c) Independent worker who thrives in collaborative team environments.
d) Good project and stakeholder management capabilities.
e) Ability to interpret financial statements - to review the financial documents required for grants administering.
