Senior Manager/ Manager, President's Challenge Communications

What the role is

The Senior Manager/ Manager will be a part of President’s Challenge (PC) Communications team, leading the development and delivery of integrated marketing, digital and brand communications strategies to strengthen PC’s visibility, positioning and public engagement.

The role involves shaping campaign narratives and strategic direction, while also driving end-to-end execution of integrated campaigns, managing PC’s website and social media presence, and creating compelling content that resonates with target audiences.

The incumbent will work closely with senior stakeholders, cross-functional teams, appointed agencies, and campaign partners to ensure communications are aligned with PC’s goals, message house and brand positioning. He/ she will also translate data and insights into actionable strategies, guiding optimisation across channels, and contributing to communication research and evaluation to refine narratives and long-term positioning.

This role requires a strategic thinker who is also hands-on, able to operate at both planning and execution levels. The candidate should be proactive, resourceful and able to manage complexity, with strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative, audience-focused mindset.

What you will be working on

  • Lead the development and implementation of integrated marketing and digital communication strategies, aligned to PC’s objectives. 
  • Shape campaign narratives, key messaging, and content direction, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Conceptualise, produce, and adapt creative assets and messaging across online and offline platforms.
  • Manage and optimise PC’s digital platforms including website and social media to drive awareness, engagement and conversion. 
  • Manage social media content and community engagement, ensuring timely, relevant, and impactful content.
  • Drive and manage partnerships (across media, outreach, content, influencers, agencies) to extend campaign reach and strategic value. 
  • Leverage data, analytics and research insights to evaluate performance and optimise campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide strategic oversight of SEO, SEM and media buys, working with agencies to maximise effectiveness and ROI. 
  • Steward PC’s brand identity and lead key projects to ensure consistency and alignment across all communications. 
  • Ensure effective use budgets, resources and timeline management.
  • Lead projects and perform other duties as assigned.

Experience & Special Certification(s):

  • 4 to 8 years of experience in Integrated Marketing Campaigns, Digital Marketing and Social Media Management
