[LTA-PT] ASSISTANT MANAGER, PUBLIC TRANSPORT PROMOTION
What the role is
What you will be working on
The Public Transport Promotion Division drives key transport initiatives relating to the Public Transport Group in the areas of:
(i) Enhancement of public transport customer experience across the end‑to‑end commuter journey,
(ii) Promotion of public transport inclusivity and a caring commuter culture,
(iii) Travel demand management,
(iv) Provision of bus service information, and
(v) Management of organisational development within the Group.
We are seeking an individual with strong analytical, communication and project planning skills to join the team. You are expected to work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support initiatives that improve the public transport commuter experience, including reviewing and analysing data, feedback and observations to identify key trends, issues and opportunities for improvement.
You will contribute to the design and implementation of commuter‑centric solutions that make journeys more comfortable, convenient and easy to navigate, while also supporting inclusivity‑related efforts to ensure that improvements benefit commuters with diverse needs.
You will be working on commuter experience and inclusivity initiatives, such as:
(i) Coordinating with relevant Government agencies, public transport operators and internal stakeholders;
(ii) Reviewing, analysing and synthesising commuter feedback, engagement findings and relevant data to identify trends, gaps and priority areas for improvement;
(iii) Preparing analysis, presentation and communication materials to support discussions, implementation and reporting; and
(iv) Delivering initiatives that promote an inclusive and caring commuting behaviour.
What we are looking for
Strong situational awareness and analytical thinking skills.
Comfortable working with numbers and spreadsheets.
Excellent interpersonal skills to build partnerships and consensus across different stakeholders.
Able to prepare and deliver clear written, verbal and visual materials.
Experience in volunteer management, community engagement or customer‑facing programmes will be an advantage.
