• Adopt design thinking concepts to seek new opportunity areas and share actionable insights to automate/streamline the internal work processes or enhance service delivery to customers.
• Write and review requirements specification document for system changes to streamline processes and enhance the department’s operations
• Communicate with the technical development team and vendors on requirements and project development progress
• Manage the enforcement project life cycle ensuring the project milestones and deadlines are completed in a timely manner
• Lead the User Acceptance Test (UAT) include reviewing test scenarios and conduct briefing to testers
• Project Management, including reporting of project status and resolutions to your reporting officer
• Perform secretariat role for project working group such as scheduling of meetings and drafting meeting minutes
• Staffing work, including writing policy or standard operating procedures

What we are looking for
• Professional qualification in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ working experience, preferably with background in system project management. Experience in Agile methodology would be an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good writing skills
• Self-driven, adaptable and a good team player
• Experience in developing and conducting User Acceptance Testing is preferred.
• IT savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office and digital tools Experiences in development of chat bots, design thinking or automation projects will be ideal.
