What you will be working on
You will advise MTI divisions on the complete suite of Government procurement activities, including the crafting of tender and quotation requirements specification, supplier evaluation and contract management. You will be involved in the reviewing of procurement policies and workflows, data analysis, system development, training, audits and the updating of procurement-related information on the intranet. You will be expected to be meticulous and able to communicate effectively with senior management.
What we are looking for
• Relevant field of study such as finance, business administration, etc.
• Have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in procurement.
• Knowledge in the Government procurement process, Instruction Manual on Procurement and GeBIZ are essential.
• Have good interpersonal and communication skills, to interact effectively with people at all levels both verbally and in written form.
• Proficient in MS Office and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
