What the role is

You play a pivotal role in ensuring training effectiveness by upholding the quality of exercise files, understanding the training and operational requirements of Army units, and ensuring smooth operations, servicing, and maintenance regime of the training ground.

What you will be working on

- Collaborate and interact with internal and external stakeholders to support training operations - Uphold high training efficiency and effectiveness whilst creating positive training experiences for Army units - Implement masterplans and operational plans for Training Institutes - Develop and maintain exercise files to ensure quality standards are consistently met - Monitor and support the servicing and maintenance regime of training ground facilities and equipment - Develop performance and training measures to evaluate training efficiency and effectiveness Challenge(s) - Keeping abreast of evolving training and operational requirements across diverse Army units and Training Institutes - Developing robust measures that accurately assess whether training efficiency, effectiveness, and positive experiences are achieved

What we are looking for

- Education in any field - At least 15 years of relevant experience in military training operations, facility management, or training coordination is preferred - Knowledge of Army training protocols and procedures is advantageous - Strong interpersonal and communication skills with excellent teamwork and collaboration abilities - Possesses systems thinking and organisational skills required to develop masterplans and implementation plans - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
