What you will be working on
Review of Programme Evaluation Framework
• Develop a programme evaluation framework to assess the effectiveness of organisational initiatives and aligns with the identified objectives and metrics
• Review the existing programme evaluation processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure alignment with organisational goals including stakeholder consultations and feedback sessions, if required
• Conduct a needs assessment to identify key objectives and metrics for the programme evaluation framework
• Implement the recommendations to the programme evaluation framework and establish a feedback loop that connects resource allocation with outcomes
Evaluation of Programmes
• Review programme objectives and outcomes to establish evaluation criteria
• Conduct assessments to determine the effectiveness of programmes against established criteria
• Monitor implementation of recommendations and track progress on learning points identified during evaluations
Financial Analysis
• Gather and analyze financial data to identify trends and patterns using analytical techniques
• Interpret financial data to generate insights that support strategic decision making
• Develop models and forecasts to predict future outcomes and propose solutions to identified issues
• Develop recommendations to drive organizational transformation based on financial insights
What we are looking for
• Knowledge in Accounting or Business Administration with at least two years of relevant experience in finance/budget-related areas is preferred
• Experience in Government agencies/public organisations, with knowledge in public sector financing and governance is preferred
• Experience in data analytics and RPA is advantageous
• Possess critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Good interpersonal skills and able to engage and communicate with key stakeholders at all levels
• Highly motivated with positive working attitude
• Able to work independently and in a team
