As an Information and Capability Development Officer, you will be part of a team to provide timely intelligence to support policy making and enforcement activities for the effective management of foreign manpower. You will work with different stakeholders to facilitate information-sharing within and beyond the Ministry of Manpower.

What you will be working on
In the course of work, you will:
• Ensure accurate and timely processing and dissemination of information, in accordance with protocols and procedures
• Handle, discuss and coordinate requests for data or information from different parties, seeking clarifications where necessary
• Identify and ensure relevance of data sources to fulfil information needs
• Coordinate with relevant parties and stakeholders to identify and troubleshoot system disruptions or delays in information-sharing
• Support development of information-sharing system and processes.
What we are looking for
• Tertiary qualifications from a local or recognized education institution
• Able to commit at least 20 working hours a week
• Proficient in MS Office applications and using software or programming to process high volume of data
• Meticulous and compliant with rules and procedures
• Good interpersonal skills and a team-player
• Experience in Civil Service, particularly in Intelligence or Enforcement roles is preferred
• Experience in I.T system development and integration is preferred
