What the role is

This role is required to respond to escalated enquiries related to Workplace Safety and Health issues accurately in professional and timely manner. Assess and respond to feedback on unsafe acts and breaches to safe management measures at workplaces.

What you will be working on

• Handle workplace safety and health-related enquiries through various feedback channels. • Review and understand the relevant regulations, guidelines, and FAQs to ensure accurate advice. • Monitor incoming customer communications to categorize them as calls or emails and assess their complexity. • Consult with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather necessary information and insights. • Formulate and advise on the proposed reply to customers based on the information obtained from SMEs. • Prioritize and allocate resources to ensure responses to customer calls are made within 1 working day. • Ensure responses to customer emails are drafted and sent within 3 working days for simple queries and 7 working days for complex queries.

What we are looking for

• Tertiary qualifications from a local or recognized education institution • Preferably with 1-2 years of relevant experience in dealing with customers or in a customer service environment • Familiar with customer relationship management (CRM) system to manage enquiries and interactions with customers • Able to read and comprehend Acts/Regulations will be an advantage, though not compulsory
