Manager/ Senior Manager (Programmes), Inclusive Workplaces, WPSD (Part-time)

What the role is

To enable employers to offer age-friendly and caregiver-friendly jobs and uplift lower-wage workers through grants and programmes, including the Senior Employment Credit, Part-Time Re-Employment Grant, Progressive Wage Credit Scheme, and Workforce Skills Support.

What you will be working on

• Work closely with implementing agencies and stakeholders to improve operational efficiency through regular reviews of workflows. • Ensure that policy intent is translated into grants operations. • Contribute to the design of new programmes and grants. • Support programme evaluation to assess effectiveness of programme and grants and propose improvements. • Assess and manage appeals, and issue public replies, where necessary. • Support compliance audits, where necessary. • Support quarterly tracking of WPSD’s budget and invoices. • Partner directors and team leads to ensure good leadership.

What we are looking for

• Tertiary qualifications • At least 2-3 years’ experience required for Manager role, and at least 5-7 years’ experience for Senior Manager • Experience in programmes and/or grants management preferred • Comfortable working with financial data and budgets • Detail-oriented • Comfortable with engaging internal and external stakeholders, including through public replies
