What you will be working on
• Lead officers to carry out Secretariat functions, including both logistical support and content development
• Coordinate Secretariat duties across agencies and tripartite partners, where necessary
• Develop MOM’s positions on the workgroup’s proposals
• Represent MOM at staff-level negotiations and discussions with other agencies and tripartite partners
What we are looking for
• Tertiary qualifications
• At least 6 years of relevant work experience, including experience in inter-agency and multi-stakeholder coordination
• Experience in leading a team
• Resourceful and agile as the role requires leading the team in new areas of work
• Strong critical thinking skills to develop policy positions and synthesise stakeholders’ views
• Ability to write and articulate views clearly, systematically and effectively
• Ability to build networks and engage stakeholders internally and externally, to understand their perspectives and concerns, and to find alignment
