What you will be working on
• Address residents' maintenance concerns including ceiling leaks, spalling concrete, and structural defects • Conduct site inspections to ensure contractors meet contract specifications and safety requirements
• Prepare regular reports on maintenance cases and work progress
• Coordinate repair solutions and communicate updates to residents
What we are looking for
Essential Requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Service-oriented mindset with passion to serve residents
• Ability to work independently with confidence and assertiveness
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new practices
• Physical capability for site visits and equipment handling
• Flexibility to work beyond standard hours when required
Preferred Qualifications
• Technical background in building renovation, maintenance, or construction
• Experience in customer service or public-facing roles
• Knowledge of workplace safety regulations
Successful candidates will be offered a 1+1 year contract.
