Join us in supporting Learning Express (LeX), a 12-day overseas social innovation programme that empowers students to create meaningful impact in diverse communities. As an Executive, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth administration, logistics, and operations of the programme. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about student engagement, project coordination, and international collaboration.

What you will be working on

Coordinate flight arrangements with ticketing agents and liaise with insurance providers to ensure appropriate coverage for students.
Provide resource support for facilitators, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
Maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders through effective communication, documentation, and relationship-building.
Liaise with students, parents, and staff on trip-related matters, ensuring clear and timely communication.
Update and maintain programme web portals with accurate information.
Develop and manage programme guides for staff, students, and stakeholders to ensure clarity and consistency.

What we are looking for

At least a tertiary education (in any discipline)
Strong organisational and project management abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and programme management software
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
Cultural sensitivity and adaptability to diverse environments
Fresh graduates or candidates with no relevant work experience may apply.

Successful candidate will be offered a 2-year contract in the first instance.
