What the role is

The job scope will involve cleaning, standardising, and merging historical REACH datasets to enable officers to incorporate past findings into current reports. The candidate will be expected to perform data validation, format alignment, and quality assurance across multiple datasets from different time periods. This position calls for someone who is highly organised, systematic, self-disciplined, and pays keen attention to details. He/she must also work well independently.

What you will be working on

Key Tasks: • Systematically clean and standardise historical datasets according to established protocols • Merge datasets from different collection periods whilst maintaining data integrity • Validate data accuracy and resolve discrepancies across historical records • Prepare consolidated datasets to support longitudinal analysis and trend tracking

What we are looking for

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel • Self-disciplined, efficient and able to meet deadlines • Meticulous, with attention to details; systematic and consistent in approach Please note that only shortlisted candidates would be notified.
