Engineer/Executive Engineer, Cybersecurity & System Control, WRP

As an Engineer/Executive Engineer/Senior Engineer Cybersecurity and System Control (Cybersecurity / Network) in the Changi Water Reclamation Plant you will play a vital role in treating used water to produce high-quality NEWater and ensure safe discharge to the sea. We are looking for motivated individuals to join us. Your main responsibilities are: • Install, configure, and maintain network equipment, including servers, routers, firewalls, and other critical infrastructure • Supervise and manage contractors for the installation, servicing, and maintenance of network equipment • Assess and integrate new technologies and best practices to enhance system security, performance, and reliability • Implement and manage cybersecurity applications and additional security measures as needed • Schedule and execute system maintenance, updates, and upgrades for network equipment • Ensure timely updates for Windows patches, antivirus definitions, and firmware for all network-related devices, including PLCs, network switches, and firewalls • Coordinate and oversee annual external cybersecurity audits, including risk assessments and compliance with CCOP standards • Implement, maintain, and manage applications or systems to enhance cybersecurity and network performance

• Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics) Engineering, or relevant • Relevant experience in (i) cybersecurity or IT infrastructure, including servers, network routers, and firewalls and (ii) possession of relevant Cybersecurity certificates will be an advantage • Comfortable with working in a used water treatment plant environment • Independent, result-oriented and self-driven team player with good communication skills • Respond to urgent situations outside normal working hours
