What the role is

We are seeking a talented Engagement and Partnerships professional to join our dynamic team at the Communications, Engagement and Partnerships Department in ACE Group, MOM. The mission of ACE Group is to protect migrant workers’ employment rights, provide them access to basic healthcare, improve their housing and recreational environment and foster greater acceptance by the community, in partnership with stakeholders. We anticipate, prepare for, and respond swiftly to contingencies involving migrant workers. This role will require the officer to manage and strengthen partnerships with schools, community partners and coordinate cross-stakeholder initiatives to ensure effective delivery of the MOM School Partnership Programme and other ground-up community initiatives that enhance the well-being of the migrant workforce in Singapore.

What you will be working on

• Identify and build strategic partnerships with stakeholders (e.g. youth, NGOs and community groups) to achieve MOM’s objectives. • Work closely with community partners, schools, and other organisations to co-create and implement programmes and activities that cater to the migrant community’s social and recreational needs, and to foster greater acceptance by the community. • Manage the local volunteer programme which includes the recruitment, training and coordination to support migrant community initiatives while fostering sustained engagement that maximises volunteer impact and retention.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years working experience in stakeholder engagement and partnerships role. • Experience in planning and organising events would be an advantage. • Strong communication, writing and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse partners and navigate diverse viewpoints. • Agile, adaptable and able to think critically and practically. *PWDs are welcome to apply
