What the role is

We are seeking a talented Engagement and Partnerships professional to join our dynamic team at the Communications, Engagement and Partnerships Department in ACE Group, MOM. The mission of ACE Group is to protect migrant workers’ employment rights, provide them access to basic healthcare, improve their housing and recreational environment and foster greater acceptance by the community, in partnership with stakeholders. We anticipate, prepare for, and respond swiftly to contingencies involving migrant workers. You will support ACE Group’s efforts to engage and partner a range of stakeholders, with a focus on employers and trade associations, while working with NGOs and foreign embassies to support programme delivery and policy outcomes. You will take on an account management role across different stakeholder segments, strengthening relationships, identifying opportunities for collaboration, and supporting initiatives that advance ACE/MOM’s objectives for migrant worker well-being.

What you will be working on

• Identify and build strategic partnerships with stakeholders across different segments (e.g. employers, trade associations, NGOs, embassies) to achieve MOM’s objectives. • Design and implement a structured approach to partner with employers and trade associations to co-create and co-deliver initiatives that support the wellbeing of the migrant workforce and encourage employers to comply with and adopt good employment practices. • Support grant administration and governance, including administering grants, tracking project milestones, budgets, and KPIs, and ensuring compliance with funding and reporting requirements. • Provide secretariat support for meetings with stakeholders.

What we are looking for

• At least 2 years working experience in stakeholder engagement and partnership role, preferably with employers and/or trade associations. • Experience in grant administration preferred. • Strong communication, writing and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse partners and navigate diverse viewpoints. • Agile, adaptable and able to think critically and practically. • Meticulous and driven. *PWDs are welcome to apply
