We are seeking a talented Engagement and Partnerships professional to join our dynamic team at the Communications, Engagement and Partnerships Department in ACE Group, MOM. The mission of ACE Group is to protect migrant workers’ employment rights, provide them access to basic healthcare, improve their housing and recreational environment and foster greater acceptance by the community, in partnership with stakeholders. We anticipate, prepare for, and respond swiftly to contingencies involving migrant workers.

What you will be working on
Strategic Content Development: Design and execute data-driven comprehensive content strategies across digital platforms, creating visually engaging materials including videos, infographics, social media content, and educational resources that resonate with diverse audiences and align with our organisational goals.
Integrated Campaign Management: Lead end-to-end digital marketing campaigns from initial concept through to performance analysis, coordinating across multiple channels to achieve measurable communication objectives and maximise community reach. You may also be tasked with supporting physical offline campaigns, including ground engagement activities and community events to complement our digital efforts.
Digital Platform Excellence: Manage and grow our digital media presence, optimising content scheduling and performance monitoring to ensure maximum engagement and effectiveness across various platforms.
Crisis Preparedness: Coordinate rapid response communication efforts across multiple channels and stakeholders. This includes drafting of advisories, social media content and tracking of social media sentiment so as to calibrate communication efforts.
Clear Communication Materials: Develop accessible advisories, policy updates, and informational resources that communicate complex information in culturally appropriate and easily understood formats for our diverse stakeholder groups.

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst meeting tight deadlines
• Strategic thinking capabilities with experience developing campaign strategies, identifying target audiences, and creating measurable objectives
• Collaborative team player who thrives working both independently and within cross-functional teams
• Adaptability and eagerness to stay current with digital trends and adjust strategies based on data insights
• Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools is essential
• Passion for creating meaningful content that serves diverse communities
