Executive/Senior Executive (Registry), Corporate Services Division

Job Scope: • Lead the digitalisation of document/records at CNB and implementation of e-Registry • Develop and champion the knowledge management framework at CNB • Review guidelines and streamline work processes to achieve more effective records and knowledge management at CNB • Develop training content and educate CNB officers on record management policies and best practices • Oversee the management of files and records at Registry to ensure they are up to date and accurate • Attend to stakeholder’s enquiries, ensure timely and accurate documents, files and data are delivered to relevant stakeholders • Perform dispatch of documents and files, screening, scanning, and disseminating of records and documents • Manage incoming and outgoing mails • Any other work-related duties as assigned by the supervisor

Job Requirements: • Diploma qualification, preferably in IT System and/or records/data management • At least 2 years of supervisory or relevant experience • Familiar with National Archives of Singapore records management requirements and related Government IMs would be advantageous • Possess strong written, communication and critical thinking skills • Well-organised and meticulous • Tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft applications • Able to work independently and multi-task and perform under pressure • Motivated and enjoy the challenge of working in a fast-paced environment We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified for the interview.
