What the role is

The main scope is of the Officer is to support operations in the Bureau.

What you will be working on

• Procurement Management a. To perform goods receipt duties. • Store Management a. Manage and maintain the store inventory b. Ensure proper storage and accurate stock records. c. Manage the corporate gifts inventory, including sourcing, storage and distribution for official purposes. • Travel Management a. Coordinate and manage internal travel arrangements for staff. • Telecommunication a. Oversee telecommunications functions, including management of mobile services and user support. b. Updating of internal contact list • Perform any other administrative duties as assigned by the management.

What we are looking for

Requirement • Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field. • 2-3 years working experience in administrative, logistics or office support roles preferred. • Knowledge of government procurement process will be an advantage. • Able to communicate well and administer change management • Able to work independently and as a team player. • Comfortable with data and functional transformation.
