Senior/ Investigator (Supervision & Rehabilitation)
What the role is
What you will be working on
- Managing operations of the post-arrest processing and mandatory supervision facility to conduct investigations and urine tests
- Administering the supervision regime for such abuse offenders, and engaging members of the public, including families of the suspected etomidate abusers, to explain HSA’s policies and processes
- Conducting talks on preventive education and HSA’s enforcement strategies to youths, relevant stakeholders and organisations.
- Assist in developing and reviewing workflow and collaborations with other Groups / departments and submission of reports
- Assist in developing and reviewing SOPs internally and with external agencies;
- Assist in identifying lapses and manage the corrective actions
- Planning and coordinating info-tech projects
- Liaise with enforcement team for abuse offenders that do not comply with supervision orders;
What we are looking for
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to plan, prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
- Demonstrated capability to work autonomously while contributing effectively in team settings
- Track record of handling both operational duties and administrative responsibilities
- Experience in regulatory compliance, enforcement or uniformed services would be beneficial
- Able to work a combination of office hours and 24/7 standby call-ups for field operations.

The successful candidate will be offered a 1-year contract (with option for automatic renewal for a further one year) in the first instance.
