Senior/ Investigator (Supervision & Rehabilitation)

• Managing operations of the post-arrest processing and mandatory supervision facility to conduct investigations and urine tests
• Administering the supervision regime for such abuse offenders, and engaging members of the public, including families of the suspected etomidate abusers, to explain HSA’s policies and processes
• Conducting talks on preventive education and HSA’s enforcement strategies to youths, relevant stakeholders and organisations.
• Assist in developing and reviewing workflow and collaborations with other Groups / departments and submission of reports
• Assist in developing and reviewing SOPs internally and with external agencies;
• Assist in identifying lapses and manage the corrective actions
• Planning and coordinating info-tech projects
• Liaise with enforcement team for abuse offenders that do not comply with supervision orders;

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to plan, prioritise and manage multiple tasks effectively
• Demonstrated capability to work autonomously while contributing effectively in team settings
• Track record of handling both operational duties and administrative responsibilities
• Experience in regulatory compliance, enforcement or uniformed services would be beneficial
• Able to work a combination of office hours and 24/7 standby call-ups for field operations.

The successful candidate will be offered a 1-year contract (with option for automatic renewal for a further one year) in the first instance.
