What you will be working on
- Collaborate with Stakeholders: Engage with management, end-users, and technical teams to gather, analyse, and document detailed business requirements for AI solutions.
- Translate Business Needs: Convert business requirements into clear, actionable functional specifications and user stories, ensuring alignment with development teams and business goals.
- Facilitate Process Improvements: Analyse existing business processes, identify pain points, and recommend automation or optimization using AI tools.
- Conduct Testing: Perform functional and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure configurations meet business requirements and maintain high-quality standards.
- Create Reports and Dashboards: Develop insightful reports and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making across teams.
- Train and Support Users: Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective adoption and utilization of AI solutions.
- Drive Strategic Value: Work proactively to identify areas where AI can add value to the division goals, driving efficiency and innovation.
What we are looking for
- Background in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Proficiency in requirements gathering, process mapping, and creating user stories.
- Hands-on experience with report creation and dashboard design in Salesforce.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas to diverse audiences.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving and process improvement.
