What you will be working on
This role plays a key part in driving the growth and development of the therapeutic biotech ecosystem.
1. Industry & Programme Development
Formulate strategies and develop programmes to support therapeutic biotech companies.
Drive initiatives in key domains such as Precision Medicine, AI in Drug Discovery and Development, biomanufacturing technologies, and clinical trials enablement.
2. Enterprise Development & Stakeholder Engagement
Identify and account manage innovative start-ups and high-growth enterprises.
Work closely with government agencies and ecosystem partners to support company growth and expansion.
Engage stakeholders including venture builders, incubators, accelerators, and investors.
3. Market Intelligence & Industry Advancement
Research and analyse local and global industry trends.
Promote adoption of emerging technologies and industry best practices.
What we are looking for
What You’ll Be Using and Applying
Degree in Life Sciences, Bioengineering, or a related discipline.
At least 2 years of relevant experience in life sciences, biotech, healthtech, or related domains, with exposure to account management, business development, or similar roles (in biotech, healthtech, or start-up environment is preferred).
Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectively.
Demonstrated analytical thinking, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong business acumen and proven ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships.
