What the role is

The aim of this Cybersecurity Governance & Policy project is to study how CSA can improve our cybersecurity governance and policies with respect to our regulated entities.

What you will be working on

The project is targeted at how governance mechanisms for regulated entities under the Cybersecurity Act can be further improved, as well as assisting in operationalizing the cybersecurity regulations arising from the amendments to the Cybersecurity Act: • Developing of SOPs for governance workflows in relation to the obligations that regulated entities need to meet under the Cybersecurity Act. • Conducting research and provide recommendations on how regulated entities such as foundational digital infrastructure are being regulated overseas and how such regulations can be applied to Singapore. • Conducting research and provide recommendations on possible regulatory levers that CSA can undertake to ensure the provision of cybersecurity as an essential service in Singapore. • Other research or operational duties as required in RD.

What we are looking for

• The intern can be from any faculty/degree of study, although subject knowledge in the field of cybersecurity is preferred. • The intern must also have good verbal, writing and organisational skills, and is able to grasp concepts easily • Minimum 6 months commitment period preferred, from May 2026
