What the role is

We are looking for an L&D Specialist who is… • Excited with developing learning solutions (e.g. identifying learning needs, designing curriculum, developing and evaluating learning interventions) based on competency frameworks and training roadmaps. • Comfortable working with subject matter experts to shape the course content, curriculum and learning outcomes. • Digitally savvy, keen to develop digital learning strategy and objects (e.g., infographics, videos, article) to meet the learning needs of learners. • Passionate towards raising the capabilities of Public Sector finance and procurement communities to become effective professionals in their fields. • Driven and curious in seeking out the latest trends in Learning and Development, contribute to market intelligence gathering and research to keep training programmes fresh, innovative, and relevant to learners. • Keen to undertake consultancy projects to support public agencies in their transformation journey by applying methodologies such as design thinking and process improvement. • Confident with managing stakeholder relationships and keeping stakeholders abreast of project progress, budget utilization etc.

What you will be working on

• Contribute to capabilities development effort for the Public Sector finance and procurement communities to become effective professionals in their fields. • Develop learning solutions (e.g. identifying learning needs, designing curriculum, developing and evaluating learning interventions) based on competency frameworks and training roadmaps. • Work with subject matter experts to shape the course content, curriculum and learning outcomes. • Develop digital learning strategy and objects (e.g., infographics, videos, article) to meet the learning needs of learners. • Assess and monitor the impact and effectiveness of learning interventions at the individual learner and/or organization level. • Seek out latest trends in Learning and Developments, contribute to market intelligence gathering and research to keep training programmes fresh, innovative and relevant to learners. • Undertake consultancy projects to support public agencies in their transformation journey by applying methodologies such as design thinking and process improvement. • Manage stakeholder relationships, keeping them abreast of project progress in terms of budget and timelines.

What we are looking for

• [Programme Design] Experience in design of learning interventions, digital learning, learning needs analysis, etc. Fresh graduates with passion in Learning and Development are welcome to apply. • [Programme Management, Learning Needs Analysis, Learning Evaluation] Have good planning, analytical and communication skills.
