What the role is

A versatile support position managing comprehensive office administration and operations. You will have the opportunity to work on a range of corporate administrative functions and projects to drive improvements in operational efficiency and effectiveness for our governance, systems, and processes within URA.

What you will be working on

You will manage office administration matters including asset management, budgeting, supplies coordination, and corporate car management activities. You will handle telephony systems, mobile subscriptions, and call centre coordination. You will support tenancy operations including lease processes, tenant relationships, property valuations, and documentation management. In addition, you will explore and implement initiatives relating to corporate administrative operations, contributing to URA's operational efficiency and transformation objectives. This includes reviewing, re-imagining and digitalising work processes and systems using tools like AI and Robotic Process Automation.

What we are looking for

• Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or related discipline with at least 5 years of relevant work experience. • Comfortable and confident in engaging with external stakeholders including government agencies, vendors and suppliers • Excellent communication, problem-solving, written and interpersonal skills • Experience in IT project management, including gathering user requirements, stakeholders’ engagement and conducting user acceptance testing for corporate systems will be an advantage. • Experience with tenancy management or real estate operations will be an advantage.
