What the role is
What you will be working on
Responsibilities
You will be part of the management team which develops and implements strategies to drive industry-level adoption of construction technologies [e.g. Design for Manufacturing and Assembly (DfMA), robotics and automation] and lean construction practices. You will have to formulate strategies and initiatives to transform construction methodologies and processes at scale and engage stakeholders to address implementation challenges.

Requirements
Good understanding of industry practices to assess transformative impact and relevance of technologies.
Possesses strong leadership qualities, sectoral knowledge and can think strategically.
Good interpersonal and communication skills to engage stakeholders (internal and external)
Self-driven individual who champions excellence and innovation
