What you will be working on

Procurement – Strategy and Policy
Business Partnering
Financial Reporting
Accounts Payable
Approve invoice processing
Approve supplier creation
Provide guidance to line departments on payment policies and processes to ensure compliance
Report on payment statistics
Identify and propose process improvements
Support system enhancements
Business Partnering
Partner internal stakeholders on financial operations, budgeting and resource management matters
Advise internal stakeholders on compliance with financial and procurement regulations and guidelines
Finance function such as Treasury Management
Oversee investment performance and bank administration
Contribute to timely month-end closing and prepare / review financial schedules
Compile and submit ad-hoc returns to government entities
Undertake ad-hoc projects as assigned
What we are looking for
Proficiency in data analysis, reporting and stakeholder management
Strong attention to detail with demonstrated ability to handle large datasets
Excellent multitasking capabilities and proven track record of meeting tight deadlines
Analytical, resourceful and proactive approach with strong results orientation and customer focus
Positive attitude towards continuous learning and adoption of digital tools
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of Government Instruction Manual on Finance and Procurement
Background in Accounting or Finance
Previous experience in business partnering roles
