What you will be working on
• Execute monthly payroll processing operations with precision and timeliness
• Manage allowance uploads, deduction processing, and payment distributions
• Handle leave commutation calculations for departing and re-employed staff
• Process CPF payments, refund applications, and IRAS submissions
• Coordinate billing processes for seconded officers
• Support payroll runs for bonuses and flexible benefits
• Maintain general ledger reconciliations and journal entries
• Generate reports for various stakeholders and handle ad-hoc requests
• Perform any ad-hoc HR roles
What we are looking for
• Minimum 2-3 years experience in human resources, payroll processing or financial operations
• Strong proficiency in Excel and payroll management systems
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong numerical aptitude
• Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple concurrent tasks
• Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction
• Ability to work accurately under tight deadlines
